Hi, I'm Jeni!

Hello, children! Hello, grown-ups! My name is Cathrin Jenipher, but everyone calls me Jeni. I am the person who makes every coloring page here at Coloring Jar, okay?

Right now I am a mom at home with my three-year-old. I can't go out to work while I take care of my little one, so I decided to make something interesting from home: something that helps me, and something that helps you too. That something is Coloring Jar.

Why color?

I believe color plays a big part in every person's life. We all have colors inside us. Some are happy colors, like a sunny yellow day. Some are harder colors, like a gray, sad day. Both are okay. Coloring gives every feeling a place to go.

I also make my pages so my three-year-old can color right along with me. When we color together, we are busy, happy and close. I hope my pages do the same for your family.

A little about me

  • I have a master's degree in e-learning technology.
  • I have a bachelor's degree in English literature.
  • I am a mom at home with a three-year-old, and a very busy one!

Learning is my happy place. That's why my pages come with simple words and little explanations, so children can understand every joke and every picture, okay?
